Return Policy
Everything from my shop is final sale at this time. Please refer to the measurements included in each item description to be sure the clothing article will fit to your liking.
Keep in mind that I will always try to note any flaws in the item description, but everything listed on my site is vintage and may not be in perfect condition.
Order Processing
ALL ORDERS MADE AFTER 4/30 WILL BE SHIPPED ON 5/17/24!!!! I AM OUT OF TOWN UNTIL THEN!!!! REGULAR PROCESSING TIMES WILL RESUME ONCE I RETURN. THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING!!!!
Off Pudding Store orders are processed from my home in New York within 2 - 3 business days after the order date. Once an order is processed, it typically takes an additional 2 - 7 business days for delivery depending on the carrier. Orders are processed and shipped out Tuesday, Thursday or Friday (excluding major holidays). Please note that shipping times may increase during high demand periods.
Delivery times are provided as a guideline and do not factor in any delays caused by uncontrollable circumstances i.e. severe weather, circumstances related to the courier itself, etc. Shipment delays due to uncontrollable circumstances do not qualify for refunds.

USA Shipping
I charge a flat rate of $12 USD for all shipments within the US. All domestic orders under $500 USD typically take 2 - 3 business days to arrive. Orders over $500 USD will require a signature delivery.
International Shipping
Rates for international shipping vary by country and are calculated at checkout. All international orders typically take 3 - 7 business days to arrive. Please note that all orders are shipped as Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all additional tax and duties upon delivery.
Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees collected by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all additional tax and duties upon delivery. Regulations for import duties and taxes vary by country - I am unable to control these costs or predict their amount.
Lost/Stolen Packages
Off Pudding Store is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages. If your package has been lost and/or stolen please contact the carrier used immediately and provide them with your tracking number. For international customers, please immediately contact the carrier used.
Off Pudding Store reserves the right to cancel orders in which case a full refund will be issued.
